Ligera Synergy is a registered company providing premium hosting solutions including dedicated servers, virtual private servers (VPS), shared hosting, reseller hosting, and colocation services to clients worldwide. We operate multiple data centers across the globe, including locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, to ensure optimal performance and redundancy for our clients' hosting needs. By signing up for our services, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent and warrant that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Ligera Synergy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You must be the authorized owner of any payment method used to purchase our services.

Ligera Synergy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify our clients of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services and contact our billing department for a refund, subject to our refund policy.

Immediate Delivery (within 30 minutes):

Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Hybrid Servers, KVM VPS, and DDoS-Protected KVM VPS services are provisioned instantly upon successful payment verification. In most cases, your service credentials and access details will be delivered to your registered email address within 30 minutes of order confirmation.

Standard Delivery (up to 72 hours):

Dedicated Servers, Bare Metal Servers, 10Gbps Unmetered Servers, and Domain Registrations may take up to 72 hours for delivery. Dedicated servers typically require hardware preparation, OS installation, and quality assurance testing before deployment.

Colocation Delivery:

Colocation services require coordination after order placement. Once your order is received, our operations team will contact you to arrange shipping logistics, rack assignment, and installation scheduling.

You agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to the distribution of malware, phishing attacks, hacking attempts, or any form of cybercrime. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Harassment, threatening behavior, or any form of abuse directed at other internet users, Ligera Synergy staff, or third parties is strictly prohibited. This includes sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), operating open mail relays, or engaging in any form of unsolicited electronic communication.

Copyright infringement, including the unauthorized distribution or hosting of copyrighted material such as pirated software, movies, music, or other intellectual property, is strictly prohibited. Excessive resource usage that negatively impacts other clients may also result in service limitations.

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due on the invoice date, and late payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.

Ligera Synergy reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees and eventual account termination.

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 72 hours, you may request a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers, VPS services, or domain registrations.

Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system within the applicable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Ligera Synergy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms of Service, non-payment, excessive resource usage, or any harmful activity.

Upon termination, you will lose access to all data stored on our servers. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups. You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your client portal.

Ligera Synergy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability for any service interruption is governed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA). We are not responsible for delays resulting from force majeure events.
